About Our Platform

Mobile Wound Care is an appointment scheduling and marketing platform. We connect patients and caregivers with independent, licensed mobile wound care providers in their area. We do not provide medical care, employ clinicians, or make medical decisions. All clinical services are provided directly by the independent providers in our network.

Scheduling Service

When you request an appointment through our platform, we share your information with an available independent, licensed provider so they can confirm the visit. We do not guarantee appointment availability, coverage in a specific location, or that a particular provider will accept your request.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, location, and health information when requesting an appointment.
• Be available at the scheduled time and location for the provider's visit.
• Communicate directly with the provider for clinical questions, follow-up care, and medical records.
• Do not use our platform for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us or the assigned provider as soon as possible. Providers may apply their own cancellation policies, including fees for late cancellations or missed visits. Mobile Wound Care is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by independent providers.

Liability Terms

Mobile Wound Care acts only as a connection platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• The quality, outcome, or appropriateness of any medical care provided by an independent provider.
• Delays, cancellations, or scheduling conflicts caused by the provider or by inaccurate information submitted by a user.
• Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Provider Network

Providers in our network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Mobile Wound Care. We do not control their clinical judgment, availability, fees, or billing practices. Any agreement for care is between you and the provider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
